Sweatshirt and sweat pants, socks, or long
underwear tops and bottoms, (forgot your
sweats, we can help you) sun screen, change
of clothes. You should participate in
regular physical exercise (you don\'t need
to be a weight lifter, but should not
describe exercise as picking up the remote).
You paddle your own IK for about 3 hours on
the river. |

Alaska and are a competent paddler and you
need a guide or recommendations on trips to
