Waterpark. This is the ultimate class for
children ages 10 -18. We have special small
kayaks and paddles that make learning fun.
Kayak Water Polo and Open Kayaking
starts October 2, 2008, 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm,
$5 entry fee all ages welcome.
One side of the pool is open paddling, the
other has a water polo game. Bring your own
boat or rent one for $10. You do not need to
know how to roll to play polo. The games are
friendly with lots of folks willing to help
give you pointers to improve or learn your
strokes. |

Rafting is like riding a bus down the river;
Duckies are like driving a SPORTS CAR!. Are
you a BUS RIDER or a SPORTS CAR DRIVER? We
do not need class IV whitewater to create an
exciting adventure. Class II and III makes
this an exciting trip. We’ve had many guest
tells us,
“this was far
more fun than the rafting trip I did”.
We use both single and double kayaks, ride
with the guide, or your friend, there are
many ways to have fun and say, “I kayaked an
Alaskan River”.

Whittier is the land of waterfalls. This all
day trip, just a one hour drive from
Anchorage, will introduce you to the beauty
and splendor of Alaska’s coast. We paddle
beside a Kitty Wake Rookery, eat lunch in
the skeleton forest and hike up to a
majestic waterfall.

During WW II, the United States Army built
an under ground fort 600 feet up the
mountain at the head of Resurrection Bay.
This demanding trip paddles for two hours up
the bay surrounded by six thousand foot
peaks to the old dock at Caines Head. From
there we hike two miles up to the 10,000 sq
ft underground bunker. We have spectacular
views of the bay, Thumb Glacier and Fox
Island. This is a demanding trip and
requires that you be in good physical shape.
For an additional price we can arrange for a
water taxi to drop us off and then we paddle
back. This is a great option for those who
want to experience the trip but feel the
paddling will be a bit too demanding for
them.
